This will be a difficult time to trade.
However, I would favour picking long around 1.4000 - 1.4030. SL around 50 pips. Target exit for this week will be around 1.4400 - 1.4450.

Sorry been busy and not able to write update. Didnt trade much too these 2 days.
Today, I am staying out as eurusd has broken the consolidation range 1.3800 - 1.3975 at such hour. Seems to early to move 100 over pips.
If I were to trade, I would pick short for this but I would prefer to stay out.

The summit did not have any concrete plans on the rescue of the euro debts.
Looks like eurusd will be turning down today.
Good to pick short if eurusd retest resistance level at 1.3900 and fail to break above it. SL just above 1.3900.
Target exit is around 1.3700.

Eurusd update - 20 Oct 2011 Thu
Good morning everyone,
Yesterday no trade was done. With the current situation as European leaders still could not come to agreement with the current debt crisis, we are looking at eurusd to consolidate further. Consolidation range is with 1.3650 - 1.3900.
Today, I reckon that eurusd will continue to fall to 1.3650. I am looking to pick long at this level and SL around 40 pips. Target exit is around 1.3850.
Be cautious if eurusd breaks below 1.3650 as this will be a confirmation of a downtrend.

I at the airport going for a short break at Taiwan. I will still continue to update and watch the market.
Yesterday, eurusd went all the way down to 1.3725.
It definitely triggered my stop.
I am looking to re-enter long. Looking to pick long around 1.3725. SL around 30-40 pips.
I expect eurusd to retest 1.3900 regions.

Currently eurusd is hit with good fundamental news that push eurusd higher.
I reckon that eurusd may go to a high 1.4000. I favour looking for long around 1.3800. If market goes below, I will pick long again around 1.3700.
Look out for these 2 levels to go for long entries. In the meantime, just be patient to wait for market to reach these levels.

Everytime when market consolidates, it is always very difficult to trade as a trend trader.
My long position was triggered.
Right now, eurusd is trading in range, 1.3685 - 1.3830 and yesterday's candle shows a reversal.
I will take this top 1.3830 as my current resistance level and pick short if eurusd fails to break it. SL at your discrepencies. I believe we will have to hold our position over weekend and target will be back to 1.3400.

This is definitely going to be frustrating to many as eurusd continues to climb higher after being boost by fundamentals.
Today or tomorrow we will expect ECB to roll out some of their recapitalization plan.
I expect eurusd to trade a bit of sideways range 1.3750 - 1.3835 until the plans are release or until tonight US fundamental news. If US fundamentals remain bad, eurusd will likely continue to go higher too.
However, topside is limited at around 1.3975 which is close to psychological level 1.4000. Therefore, I do expect another climb, good to pick long if eurusd trades to 1.3750 region with SL 50 pips. Target is as mentioned to reach 1.3975.

Finally, eurusd reach my target price at 1.3600. I personally feel that eurusd will turn down. I have shorted this market at around 1.3590 with SL around 1.3610. With expectation that eurusd will start turning down.
If my view is right, this is a good trade with good risk/reward ratio.

Yesterday, Eurusd broke up higher. I actually turn long around 1.3275. Eurusd already formed 4 top, eac higher than another while the bottom is always higher than each other.
Today, I expect Eurusd to lower to 1.3390 region. SL aroun 50pips. Target exit is around 1.3600.

Eurusd is currently consolidating within a range 1.3260 - 1.3375. I can say we relax and watch the market, let's wait until market breaks either direction then we enter trade. In the meantime, market definitely will swing us out if we keep taking sides.
Well, when I say sides it is meaning euro side or US side. Its the battle of the currency now! Which side will emerge victorious in keeping their currency weaker? Lets wait.

Sometimes when trading I will feel like going Aaaaarrrrrgggghhhh...
Esepcially cases like last night. When eurusd rose after Bernanke said that they may stimulate the economic growth.
Anyway, today trading is quite hard. Topside immediate resistance is at yesterday high around 1.3370 and 2nd resistance around 1.3410.
However support is at the current low right now1.3263.
I believe today, eurusd may do some swing. However, I will still favour picking a short, therefore, if eurusd failed to break the 1st resistance around 1.3370 and form a reversal, I will go for short, SL 50 pips. With target exit back to 1.3150.

I believe the next strong support is at the psychological level 1.3000. Therefore, I expect eurusd to consolidate after hitting 1.3000. So good to pick short today, when eurusd retrace to 1.3230 - 1.3250. SL is around 50 pips. Target exit is around 1.3000 - 1.3050.
