I am still holding to my position but in order to safeguard against losses, in case of market swing or unexpected turn of event, I shifted my SL to break even.
Target exit remains the same.

I just long eurusd at 1.2250 with 40 SL. My target is around 1.2380 region. I expect eurusd to be turning up today.

Just shorted eurusd at 1.2295 and place my SL around 40 pips just slightly above yesterday high. I expect to take profit at around 1.2200.

I am still holding on to my long position. Right now, eurusd is consolidating within the 200EMA line, range 1.2230 - 1.2325. Therefore, it is quite difficult to determine the direction, until it breaks out of the range.
Lets see how it goes.

Good morning all,
Its really a damn sometimes when market just swing like that. Well, looking at the current pattern, I am looking to long eurusd at around 1.2240 with 40 pips SL. I am expecting eurusd to turn up to 1.2350 and may even go up to 1.25 regions.
Tonight there are some figures releasing. So be cautious, for those not certain, good to stay out too.

The whole I see market sideways until evening I just thought to myself, market unlikely to swing down and maybe it's a sideway market.
That's the answer. Anyway, I am staying out and observe plus I am also outside. Will keep everyone updated here if I enter any position.

Eurusd update - 17 Jul 2012 Tues
Good morning to all,
Eurusd move in the directions I forecast yesterday for those who didn't see it, please go to the comments under Friday post.
However, to my disappointment, I also didnt turn long. Eurusd climb back and broke above 1.2230 and headed to 1.2300. I am expecting that eurusd will continue to climb to 1.2500 regions.
In the meantime, eurusd may correct back to 1.2215 - 1.2235 again. This is my level to reenter long. I will update once I long eurusd.

Ai, my SL was not triggered last night. However, I will close my position if eurusd reach 1.2230.
Looking at the pattern, the reversal that I am expecting did not come. So I feel that it is very likely eurusd will drop further today. So I will also short eurusd once eurusd reach this target 1.2230 with 50 pips SL. Target exit is 1.2140.

Sorry didnt update properly yesterday. I was looking for short yesterday but I didn't manage to get any since eurusd did not reach my target top.
Today after look at such a quiet and sideway eurusd, I am changing my view that eurusd might actually reverse up instead of looking at down trend.
I favour picking long around 1.2215 with 50 pips stoploss, I am looking eurusd to retest this bottom and might even break lower before bouncing back up.
I am looking to exit around 1.2310 - 1.2335 if eurusd fails to break above 1.2335.

Good morning all,
Well, my last position was closed at 1.2550 as eurusd turns down yesterday with so many fundamentals report. From ECB cutting interest rates to China cutting interest rates, we also see US ADP unemployment change and jobless better than expected.
Somehow, I just can't switch my mind to go short from there. What are we looking at today?
We are looking at one major US employment rates figure releasing tonight. So I am staying out as usual but looking out to long eurusd if it hits 1.2250 regions provided with some support news.

I was out the whole day and couldnt give any update. Anyway, I shifted my sl to 1.2550 so if eurusd breaks below 1.5500 very likely eurusd will turn down to 1.24 regions again.

Ai ask me a good question, here is my answer and for all too. I am looking at eurusd to break 1.2740 in the next 2 days to determine my target. If this resistance is broken, I am look at 1.2900 or higher as the ultimate target the eurusd may climb too.
So in the meanime, I am holding on to my long position with stoploss shift to my entry for zero losses.
